You’ve built a thriving business. But you’re still figuring out the marketing.

Most practices have the pieces — the agency, the social person, the ad spend. Creative strategy is making all of those pieces work together toward one goal.

Your marketing is reactive. A slow month triggers a promo. A competitor launches something and you scramble to respond. Someone on your team posts because it's been a few days, not because it's part of a plan. Every decision is made in the moment because there's no system connecting what you're doing to where you're trying to go.

You don't need more marketing.

The fix isn't more tactics. It's a strategist who builds the systems that align with your growth goals.

A marketing strategist embedded in your business.

I join your business as a fractional CMO — building the systems your marketing has been missing. I create the strategy, align your team and vendors around it, and lead the execution so your marketing is working proactively toward your growth goals instead of reacting to whatever hits your inbox next.

What that looks like in practice: I'm the one running your marketing strategy sessions, holding your agency accountable, telling you what's working and what to cut, and making sure every dollar you spend connects back to a plan. You stay focused on your patients. I stay focused on your growth.

Three phases. One clear path to growth.

  • Weeks 1–4  |  Audit + competitive analysis

I dig into everything that touches your marketing — your website, your ads, your patient journey from first click to first appointment, how your vendors are performing, and what your competitors are doing better. You invest 3–4 hours of your time. I do the rest. You walk away with a clear picture of what’s working, what’s wasting money, and where the biggest growth opportunities are.

  • Weeks 4–8  |  Strategic playbook buildout

I take what we found in Phase 1 and build you a plan — not a slide deck, a real working playbook. What your marketing should say, where it should show up, what to prioritize first, and how we’ll measure whether it’s working. This is the strategic plan your team and vendors will actually execute from.

  • Ongoing  |  Fractional CMO leadership

I embed with your team to make sure the plan actually happens — running strategy sessions, directing your vendors, tracking what’s working, and adjusting as your business evolves. Each quarter, we step back, reassess priorities, and refine the roadmap.

Every engagement is scoped to your business. Most clients invest $5,000–$10,000/month depending on scope and complexity. We’ll build the right plan together in your discovery call.

This is for you if:

You own or operate an aesthetic clinic, wellness studio, or longevity practice generating $2M–$10M+ in annual revenue. You’ve built something real. Your providers are booked. Your reputation is strong. But your marketing hasn’t kept pace with your ambition.

This is not for you if:

You’re looking for someone to manage your Instagram, run a single campaign, or execute tasks on a checklist. That’s vendor work, and there are great people who do it well.

30 minutes. One honest conversation about your growth.

We’ll talk about where things stand today, what’s working, what’s not, and the best next step for you.
